I couldn't extend my stay due to a wedding, but the room I had with lakeside views directly opposite the lake palace was delightful. However, some areas of the property were in poor shape.
I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, directly opposite the lake palace, offering a great view and a lovely and comfortable room in a good ground floor corner location right on the lake. The views were amazing, although the experience was just okay at times. The service was excellent with staff being cooperative and even waking up to assist us at 1 am. The location was perfect at the lakeside, walking distance to most attractions in Udaipur although tuktuk might be needed to reach the hotel sometimes. The dining experience was relaxing with a buffet I enjoyed, but it was not the best on my tour. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The location, right next to Lake Pichola with a view of Udaipur Palace & Lake Palace, is the standout feature, making it a healing and accessible spot. The dining experience, overlooking the lake and Lake Palace, was pleasing with a relaxing buffet, though some improvements are needed. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
I was delighted with the wonderful Lake View from our cozy sitting area, although the hotel lacked luxurious amenities like bathrobes and nice toiletries. The views across the lake offered spectacular sunset views, making our stay cozy and beautifully designed.
